My ideal Sir is intelligent, physically strong, and very dominant with some Daddy and sadist tendencies.
When I say "intelligent" I'm not necessarily talking about book learnin' smart - a man who can work on engines or built houses is incredibly attractive and sexy.
As I am quite tall, I prefer men who are at least 5'9", but this is certainly not a requirement. I also like tattooed men with facial hair, but again, this is not a hard limit.
