Now that ALt has limited the number of IMC page requests to 5/day for standard members, points have suddenly become more important. The thing is that, when a page request is " undeliverable " the point is gone gone. ALT should return points used on apage requests that are not delivered to the recipient.

I simply don't understand why the IMC platform is so unstable. The irony is that ALT is continuously trying to sell us upgrades. Frankly, this is the last company I'd ever give my credit card information to. How can you trust an outfit that has such a hard time getting a simple task right with your precious personal data.
