Once upon a time in what seems like another life, used to hang out in bars. Among the people I met in them was a woman body-builder. she told me the hobby's secrets. Lots of repetitions to enhance the size of muscle groups for the visual effect (and not, say, so you could carry your own groceries effortlessly) and a high-protein diet with all the carbs removed from it some weeks before a performance. The sudden carb exodus, I was told, caused the body to look for stored energy sources which causes the body to loose a lot of it's fat, allowing the skin to draw back towards the muscles enhancing definition. All that exercise and fat removal has an effect on a woman's body that is incredibly unfortunate_a sort of exercise mastectomy that you can see in this picture: tits are made of fat and with all the surrounding muscle growth coupled with a shrinking of mammary, post-deltoid, and gluteal fat you end up with a woman who looks like a young, long-haired construction worker who has had a horrible, mutilating accident that affected his pelvic region. I'll stick to reading. Schrille Schlampen aller Länder, vereinigt euch! Ihr habt nichts zu verlieren als euren Kontakt mit Versagern!
