well congrats my dear...at this time last week I was down 37lbs for that physical ( which I passed).. and like yourself I would like to keep at it . if you ever want to know anything about weight lifting/exercise routines feel free to contact me. I've lifted plenty in my day..could deadlift 250lbs like 20 yrs ago/I am a beast on the leg press. It sounds like your doing alot of compound movements. I haven't lifted in a while because I was trying to take off the weight...with me any "bulk" i get from lifting gets removed as soon as I start running...so it is counter productivelt; so it's better for me to go for the more "soccer dude" look...lighter but ripped/more defined

can't wait to see the pics... just remember to keep the hammer down and keep on keeping on with your exercise ...I took a week off to celebrate and put 10lbs back on.. I kidd you not.... But it was a bad week too..got 6 inches of rain here and couldn't run
