The voting block or states tagteaming the electorial college in a cluster fuck

Perhaps by now youve heard that like 10 states decided to get together and give their electorial college votes to the candidate that wins the popular vote

Which in the last election was hillary clinton...

So lets say the roles are reversed and trump wins the popular vote. But your state ( in this group) favored say joe biden...now your obligated to give your electorial college votes to trump

In essence this is saying those votes in smaller states dont matter...they will vote in lockstep with the states with huge populations like california and new york.
Your state..your interest dont matter because it is more important to get a certain candidate elected.

This also means the politicans will ignore the smaller states and they will truly become fly over country.

It makes you wonder if people are really that butt hurt that trump won that they would freely enter into such a pack.

And what if it backfires..i mean the will of the people is already upserted....the dem party maintains there own version of the ele college w its power deligates format.. which screwed bernie sanders and his supporters over
They stacked the boxes with those that owed the clintons and she was the prechosen nomination.
Not taking sides ...but why does the dem party continue this practice

Well hopefully the supreme court will strike this down as beibg unconstitutional...but then again it is the likes of the notorious rbg and crew
