weighty matters// my diet

I thought I would give a lil update on the diet.

I will preface this by saying I don't have a problem with someones' weight.. I don't fat shame people.. I have no problem with bbw or bhm etc.. (I actually find them attractive). I say be the weight you want to be and are comfortable with. Be what makes you happy..what makes you feel sexy

BUT I also feel like there are people like myself that have a "limited" weight range on their own bodies... I know that I'm not like 20 yrs old anymore.. but put x amount of weight on my body and I feel it. ( knees/back/my ability to run) I feel sluggish
I'm the type that if you put on 10lbs or lose 10 lbs it is very noticeable.

I passed the 200lbs scale mark on the regular and thought this made me feel very clumsy.
( an no I'm not trying to be one of these "size zero " people..lol...
200lbs pounds on a dude may seem very average.. it probably is a weight we normally would guess a man to be.

BUT 200lbs on me means I'm overweight and contributes to health issues like high BP.

It's sort ironic that all the talk in the media is about women's weight/body shaming/female eating disorders etc.. yet we never talk about a man's weight and how that effects him ( his emotions/his health/ his outlook on life).
It seems like society just assumes a man to be a certain weight

Yet if I said that my target weight probably should be more like 170lb...you'd all say now I'm being ridiculous or "Manorexic!!!!!!" yep we have to put the MAN extension to the word anorexia.

But I assure you that isn't the case.. I'm just eating smarter ( ALOT smarter and working out/running etc)

I'm 5'11 and it might surprise people to say that I naturally weighed 155lbs in highschool ( yep eating all sorts of crap food/soda/ate the fatty school lunches etc).
and honestly was just a couch potato back then)
.( the good ole days..lol)

I think 170lb at my age 48 would be a healthy weight..would help prevent heart attacks/strokes etc..

Right now? I'm down to like 189lb.. down from my original weight of 207

Like I said I am not bashing anyone's weight... 207 on you may be wonderful/you may be perfectly healthy and happy..

BUT on my frame..at my age...it just isn't working for me.. so I felt the need to do something about it

well one's ability to lift a certain amount ( say like a very pretty woman) has nothing to do with one's own size or weight...

alot of women or girls for that matter can powerlift/out bench some dudes..

But i get the whole wanting someone strong/bigger too ..lol... perhaps that is why I like bbw/bhm.

Thanks for the congrats Miss Ann.. but I feel like the jerry reed song... I got a long way to go and a short time to get there....so watch that ole bandit "run" ( literally..lol)

I still have like two months left before my physical .. to get shit done.

Plus I've been doing some reading on my bp and things like taking magnesium and potassium supplements will help me in that regards too. I'm also looking into meditating and wants go all "full monk" when I take the test and sorta zone out.

Still if any of these help it's cool.. I still wanna drop the weight though and get back into "fighting " shape..lol
Plus I'll look great in a sexy pair of undies

well Miss Ann....the size of the man is sorta like the size of his penis...overall size doesn't tell you everything.. nor will it always get the job done.

A "powerlifter".. a person that lifts heavy weight will not be "big" like a body builder.. hell that person may even look "average" or even thick..
.yet s/he probably can out lift the bodybuilder any day of the week. It really is two different types of weight lifting techniques for different effects
There are olympic women powerlifters that weight like 120 that can bench 200lbs
Yet they look like average woman you see at the mall..they aren't big or bulky

Having additional height/weight on your frame doesn't give you strength.. any additional strength will come from having to lug around those extra pounds of weight on your body.

So a 5'5 dude might be able to lift you in the bedroom as easily as a 6'5 guy/ a cute guy at a 170lbs may be able to lift you as well as a 250lb guy.

The extra weight or height may also prevent health issues that could effect the "effectiveness" of the male once he has lifted you up..lol
such as if a dude has to be on say BP med it can effect his ability to have an erection. or if a guy is out of shape he will quickly tire during the thrusting...
or if he has medical conditions like a bad back or knees from being overweight..he may have problems lifting you in the first place or may not be able to hold you in the position for more than a few second.

So yeah that position is very fun.. but you don't want to be with someone that can't assume it..lol or hold it....

I wouldn't judge a book by it's cover.. but I think you'd be better off with a fit toned guy ( no matter what his height/weight is).. over a bigger guy that isn't fit.
I think you'd find the fit dude is ALOT more fun and active

But yeah I get the nice feeling of having the bigger guy on you too....he just might not be able to lift you up though
