Such a fine example of how a so called very polite, giving compliments away like candy.... lying man can become some real nasty piece of work.In the end he shows his real nature! I have had many of such reactions- cant take a NO for an answer and getting real abuse!! hatefull. you did an excelent job there!!

Well the guy proved early on he was not only dumb but also a dick wad player. My suggesting for this type of guy, is they do not even require or deserve a reply. Couple of my brothers are ex squaddies and i used to use their one liners at school.  That was many moons ago so keep them coming. This sort of approach explains a lot. I have had a growing feeling for some time that genuine ladies on here are inundated with approaches like this. It would be very easy for the genuine ladies to think the worst of any genuine chaps on here. We aren't all like that but how could a woman filter them out? Answer : he filtered himself out. Be on your guard but don't throw the babies out with the bath water. And that PTSD jibe is particularly low. I have worked with Help for Heroes and on projects putting disabled access into military establishments. I know I am preaching to the converted here but PTSD is nothing to be ashamed of and your success in dealing with it does you great credit.. I might blog about the approaches from scammers I get but I don't think there's anything novel about my experiences. Like you, I spotted them fairly easily. Almost pathetically easily but in no way do I wish to lay down a challenge to them to get by my ability to recognise a fake. I am sure you have "passed harder stools" than this bloke but you did find him with "his cock in the custard".
